I like Crispers a lot. It's hard to find healthy, fresh, and fast food anywhere. Crispers is stellar in all three categories. I'm not a salad person, which is what they're known for, but their healthy alternatives are all delicious. Their soups, all of which I've sampled, are top notch, and always warm. (Try the Vegetable Lentil.) Their sandwiches are superb; steak, chicken, ham, all great. Their flatbreads are the staple though. The Mediterranean has saved my life on numerous occasions. With a lack of healthy food in the vicinity of school, this place really stands out as a great lunch/dinner place. Oh, and they have free Wi-Fi.

Yes, I am going to review this place. I don't do the usual chain-joint, but I consider this a step up from Booger King and not quite the boring Fresh Choice. Take it and enjoy... This is my new favorite spot. I'm from Cali and the only semi-healthy alternatives to fast food are Rubios and Chipotle. I love the flat bread selection (think flat pizza). Get the Mediterranean or Black and Blue Steak. The wraps and sandwiches are good. I like the salads, but it won't blow you away. For the $ I usually get a combo flatbread/wrap or flatbread/salad. You get a lot for what you pay for and a discount if you're a FS student (they'll usually give it to you if they see your stylish lameyard). I believe there's wifi and it's a great place to chill and spend the day studying. Bank on spending $7-$9 bucks, or just split it with a friend and take advantage of the internet. It beats sitting on benches w/smokers and talking over ppl in the auditorium (not to mention saving you some extra poundage by not eating those freshly baked chocolate cookies...mmmm...chocolate...)

It's a good fresh chain that I am reviewing mainly because out of towners may be unfamiliar with the name and Publix quality. It's great for healthy options, though on more than one occasion I have not liked some of their menu changes.

Services is prob. the only good thing u will find in this place the food is not that good and the sandwiches are very small for what u pay in top of that the salads are not to good either, ur better of going to your local publix witch has a crispers and getting salad and sub there a lot better.

I've gone to Crispers several times and have enjoyed myself. They have healthy food choices that are tasty for a relatively inexpensive cost. My husband and I were a bit surprised at the ineffective service today, as they have usually been good to us. My food came out -carribean chicken flatbread- and it was cold and dry. It was unaccompanied by my husband's order of the thai flatbread. Usually they are great at serving everyone's food altogether. He had to wait an extra 20 mins for his plate, something I deem unprofessional from a quick service place like crispers. Even the girl who was busing the plates out never stopped to appease his growing hunger and irritation by a simple reassurance- something that I view as common courteousy. I did choose to give it four stars though based on my previous good experiences, chalking this one up to a bad day. Good news: their thai flatbread is amazing and should be a definite choice when you go there. It is warm, tasty, and addictive. Plus only $5 for a whole flatbread if you come between 3-5pm happy hr. Their mango smoothie ($2 during happy hr), is the way to go. Deliciously creamy. I would suggest against the strawberry smoothie, as I ordered that and it was watered down, didn't have the taste of fresh fruit to me in it, and was saturated with ice chunks. Their soups are pretty tasty, my favorites being the tomato bisque and the butternut squash. And as for their sandwhiches, I enjoyed their cuban last time. My husband and I will continue to go there, but I sincerely hope we won't have a repeat of an off day like today, because I would love to continue to promote food places that offer a plethora of healthy eating options at affordable costs.

My son told me I needed to go here when we were hungry but didn't want a heavy food. We had great tasting sandwiches with kettle chips. The salads look great will be back to try them. Wi fi is available too. My son said the staff always smiling, orders come out right. I enjoyed my Warm Club sandwich and Sweet Tea.

Today was my first visit to this location and it was just "ok". I went here for lunch, as I hadn't been to Crispers in awhile and had never been to this location. There was no line at 12:30 p.m. so I naturally assumed that I got lucky and my food would be out quick. I ordered a Trio, with a Black Angus slider, loaded baked potato, and a chicken caesar lettuce wrap. Figuring none of that should take long, I got my drink and sat down at the table. I began to wonder what was taking so long when I saw a couple come in after me who was served before I was. About 20 minutes after I ordered, I finally received my food. Each part of it was absolutely delicious, and the taste of the food is what ultimately saved this rating from being lower. For $8, you get great food and enough of it to fill you up, you just have to wait longer than you should to get it. "Fresh" and "Flavorful" definitely apply, but this Crispers really has some more work to do before they can back up the "Fast" claim.

I've been to Crispers plenty of times to stop in and grab a milkshake. The handful of times that I've stopped by here, I've always gone with the vanilla shake with the delicious whipped cream on top. Then, I went on to try the Biscotti Milkshake which was really good as well too. I never ordered food from there because nothing caught my eye until now. I decided to try the 1/2 size East Coast Chicken with only chicken, bacon and swiss. I was expecting actually chicken and not meat that looks like turkey. Since I attend college, I usually stop in on my breaks to get my milkshake fix. I had a 30 minute break and stopped in at 3 PM exactly and placed my order. Milkshake was received to me within 5-8 minutes approximately but my food took 30 minutes to come to me! When I went up front after waiting 20 minutes for my food to arrive, I found that were several orders waiting to be picked up and delivered to each table also there were 2 other customers complaining about the extremely long wait time. 5 minutes later, I then received my food with having only 5 minutes remaining on my break to eat my food that I now had to rush in order to finish. This experience leaves a bad taste in my mouth because there not that many people there to begin with so I figured that my food would make it to my table in a timely fashion. I'm more than certain that I will not come back here to eat due to the unacceptable wait time.

Sign up online for special coupons. Valencia students get discounts on certain days. Happy Hour on food varies but is the best way to do it for great pricing. The food is subpar as expected with any casual "panera" like restaurant. Menu is always changing so check it out online especially the soup. Flatbreads, fresh smoothies, and soups have always been good. Fast ordering and food arrival. Definitely go during happy hour or with special coupons or promotional emails invites.

Nice Crispers location! I swing in here for take out when I'm not feeling the urge to hit Publix and forgot to plan for dinner. Last night was one of those nights. I placed our take out order on my way home from the office and popped in to pick up the completed order 10 minutes later. I was using a GC for part of the meal total or I would have used curbside pickup, which is nice. If you check in on 4 square, you get a free beverage for your "first" visit. Free tea for me! The salads are made well here and the soups are tasty. We get the Southwestern Chicken salad, chicken on the side and split the large salad. This allows me (no meat) to enjoy a tasty salad and the hubby to get plenty of meat. The chicken is a spiced and sliced chicken breast, usually fanned across the top of the salad. They put the portion in a separate take out box, which allows hubby to decide if he's eating it all or just part of the portion. There is a combo of black beans, corn, tomatoes, scallions, green chilies, cheese and tortilla shreds that top a large bed of romaine, a very filling salad. The Jalapeno ranch is awesome, try it. (I'm not a fan of ranch, but this is great!) That split salad and a soup have us filled up for a lot less than "eating out" and gives you a nice option to pizza delivery. Very nice options for Veg and meat eaters alike. I've eaten at this location for lunch and it's a madhouse. Located in the Full Sail auxiliary campus, it's regularly jam packed with students, faculty and local business people from 11-2PM.

Having been here before, this time I took my mother visiting from MI. She's on a healthy low carb diet. The food in general is similar to Panera bread. The menu options of Pick 2 and Pick3 are great for sampling a few things without ordering full dishes. The food quality is pretty good. The prices are on the higher side compared to fast food, but you feel better about yourself afterwards. The salads were fresh however the fruit was out of season and mushy. The black bean soup was a hit. The asian salad was crisp and perfectly sized.

I stopped back in recently for a quick lunch. I had heard of these lettuce cup dealies and it was exactly what I needed for a healthy, fast lunch. 3 lettuce cups filled with 3 different salads. One is the toppings from the black and blue flatbread, one is from the Asian chicken salad, and the other is a blackened chicken caesar, all for under 450 calories, and about 7 bucks. While supplies last, go here for a dollar off coupon if you want to give it a try. crispers.com/whatsnew.php I really dug it. They were tasty, small but filling salads. I also really liked the mango iced tea, it wasn't sweetened with syrup but naturally flavored. MMmmmmango! Also, allergen and nutritional info is posted on their website, which is always a plus in my book. Yay for Crispers!

Be careful if you are sharing it.....you will not want to share!

Crispers is a healthy alternative to anything fast food. I love this place! Their menu is pretty big from salads, sandwhiches, soups, flatbreads with lots of choices. You order at the front, they give you a number, you sit down and they bring it to you. I would always order a salad and a drink and the total was $10.21 which is why I compare it to fast food....for the lower price. It is probably a bit more than some of the greaseball joints, but I haven't been to any recently to know. Their speciality salads are amazing...you really can't go wrong! And big portions too. Great place to go for a lunch date

New renovations- looks fabulous! Service was friendly. We were here at 8:00 on Thursday, only two other people in the restaurant. Took 20 minutes to get our sandwiches, which is crazy! I had the chicken salad sandwich which has been good in the past- but it was terrible this time. On the whole sandwich was maybe 1/4 cup of chicken salad.

Friendliest staff, yes Kim, and great food. I am a regular customer and never have had a bad experience! Keep up the great staff and fabulous food!!!

Good, better-for-you food. Fast wi-fi, friendly service. Broccoli cheddar soup is awesome. Turkey sliders, not so Love the patio and the overall cleanliness. Someone takes pride in their work!

This place is exactly "ok". -The food was enough to fill me without making me overstuffed, the way I'm prone to do if given a large portion. -The staff was friendly enough without being intrusive -It seems relatively healthy depending on what you get -Full Sail discount

Love it! You can eat really healthy here! Not terribly pricey either. Just try not to go on Full Sail break hours... line goes out the door!

Expensive for the quality of food. It is strange having a tip line on the receipt at a counter service shop. The people are so nice I feel guilted into leaving something. Ultimately I chose not to eat there if I can help it.

Lunch by work. Quick, reasonable, and not McDonalds. "Yay! I'm a fan." pretty much sums it up.

Ive eaten here only one time and that was all it took to win me over. Everything was very tasty. The first thing I noticed as I walked through the door is that the restaurant was very very clean! The waiter was very friendly and the gelato was rich, creamy, and delicious. I had the Asiago Beef sandwich and its the definite thing to get your first time. The gelato is very creamy.

Great for a quick healthy sandwich or salad. I love the avocado they put on the turkey club. I do miss the Triple Decker Sandwich though, it's a shame they took it off the menu.

Ordered online for 5. Very easy to use and super customizable. All of the food was fresh and they do an excellent packaging and presentation job. I will definitely keep them in mind when ordered to-go at anytime.

(4)Justin W.
It's a good fresh chain that I am reviewing mainly because out of towners may be unfamiliar with the name and Publix quality. It's great for healthy options, though on more than one occasion I have not liked some of their menu changes.
(4)Tom A.
Services is prob. the only good thing u will find in this place the food is not that good and the sandwiches are very small for what u pay in top of that the salads are not to good either, ur better of going to your local publix witch has a crispers and getting salad and sub there a lot better.
